Regional HR Manager – up to £50,000 plus £5,500 car allowance, 15% bonus, health care.

12 month FTC.

A global logistics business that operate long term partnerships and prides itself on providing efficient and customer focused solutions across fulfilment, distribution and warehousing.

They are currently recruiting for a 12 month FTC to support their Hemel / Basingstoke and Coventry sites. The majority of your time will be in Hemel. They do have a grown-up approach to how you manage your diary is a business focused on outputs.

The role will be supporting a small team of HR advisers and HR Assistants at each site and will report into a Head of HR.

HR has been on a journey over the past few years to transform HR to be closer aligned to the business, create a partnership approach with the management population. They are also looking at retention, engagement and talent management. They are passionate about HR and come with a wealth of experience from many well-known organisations.

The pace and turnaround of the business is swift. High productivity and efficiency are what makes this business successful. So, it is essential to provide business related HR solutions.

Even though part of a global business they are proud of a family feel ethos and management are open and approachable. The have good a good working relationship with the Unions and even though it would be nice to have unionised experience this is not essential.

To be successful you will come from a fast paced, commercial environment. Essential to have strong HR partnership, stakeholder management experience, ability to push back and coach a management population within a high-volume ER environment, will have supported or managed a team previously and have experience of talent management and succession planning.

In return, there is a competitive salary up to £50,000, company car allowance of £5500, 15% bonus and health care.
