HR Business Partner

Strong, highly commercial HR Business Partner with significant experience operating in a global strategic capacity.  Well versed in supporting Exec partners across the UK, Europe, US and Asia.

Location – Based just outside of Cambridge and flexible to travel down into London, across into East Anglia or Milton Keynes or up to Peterborough/Midlands.

Package – Currently on 60k + Bens/Bonus.  Looking +/- depending on location, role content etc

Qualifications – BA (Hons) , Chartered MCIPD

Recent Achievements

-Led an organisational redesign of the global Commercial function involving 330 people. Streamlined management structure to pay for an increase in sales operations headcount (>20%) and remained cost neutral overall. This involved managing redundancy in US, UK, EMEA and Asia, plus creation of new teams and introduction of new systems and processes

-Member of newly formed Commercial Leadership Team. Actively participate in the development of the commercial strategy along with bringing the people plan to life within the commercial team

-Led an operational review of overtime rates to harmonise diverse, contractual legacy rates to one set of overtime rates. Annualised saving of £800k

-Implemented career frameworks, benchmarking and succession planning models; enabling the business to improve engagement and lower turnover

-Introduced the ‘Best Companies’ Engagement strategy to understand the impact that change is having on employees. Implemented actionable improvements for employee engagement

-Collaborated with L&D to roll out Management competencies to aid performance and talent management

-Led ‘High performing team’ workshops to instil a culture of trust in various Leadership teams. Facilitate quarterly leadership meetings to keep this on the agenda
