Global HR Partner – Systems & Reward – East Anglia

Global HR Partner – Systems & Reward – 12 month FTC

Modern HR teams know that in order to deliver commercially aligned HR interventions, they need to understand their data. This role is all about data and using it to support the strategic HR plan with a core focus on continually improving the development and retention of a highly skilled workforce.

You don’t see too many roles like this, however If you like managing and configuring HR Systems, ensuring data integrity/compliance and managing HR projects then it’s worth reading on.

Working as a Global HR Partner within a small, but highly capable HR team, you will play a lead role in delivering HR excellence across a global organisation. The role will report to an extremely supportive HR Director, working alongside a team of HR Business Partners and acting as subject matter expert for HR Systems as well as developing processes to help deliver their global HR plan.

There are various projects to keep you busy, including the ongoing configuration of the new HRIS system. Everything is in place, however there are a number of additional modules to integrate such as recruitment, talent management etc and so hopefully you’ll enjoy leading on projects like this. Other projects include developing a job evaluation process, as well as leading annual salary and bonus review.

To be successful, we envisage that you will have a strong understanding of HR Systems & Processes and be comfortable and confident operating in a changing commercial environment. You will be an expert in terms of HR Systems, happy to educate HR and wider colleagues in terms of best practice and be comfortable taking part in and managing HR projects as required. You will love data and have advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills. Job Evaluation and Salary Review experience is also very helpful.

This is not a generalist HR role, as the focus is purely on systems and data etc. With this in mind it is possible that candidates could come from functions such as payroll, reward or finance.

This is a big challenge and we are looking for a lot, however in return you will join an organisation that places great emphasis on its people and their ongoing career development.

A strong salary and benefits package including bonus is available for the right person. The role will be offered on an initial 12 month FTC, potentially longer and discussed at interview.
