Working closely with colleagues at all levels, you will ensure the delivery of a full generalist support service with focus on key areas such as employee relations, recruitment and developing L & D initiatives. Supporting a diverse range of client groups, you will act as coach to line managers in terms of HR best practise and the promotion of positive employee relations. You will also have the opportunity to lead HR Project work particularly surrounding the management of growth.
Clearly you will need first rate communication skills with strong relationship management experience and the ability to deal with client groups at all levels of the business. The organisation is at a time of exciting change, with the HR team leading on a number of exciting new projects. With this in mind the role will suit someone who can bring high levels of enthusiasm and energy and importantly who will enjoy playing an active role in the future development of the business.
Salary will be £55,000 with a range of additional benefits.
